Watch the video below and write a reflection in your journal about empathy and how you can show empathy to friends and other students on campus. 

Answer the following questions in your reflection. 

• How did you feel watching the girl in the video?
• What would you say to a student who was feeling this way?
• What could you do to make the student feel better?
• Have you experienced something like what the girl was experiencing?
• Did anyone show you empathy?
• How did you feel if they did or didn't show you empathy?
