Welcome to 10th Grade

Welcome to 10th grade.jpg

10th Grade is a big step and an exciting time in school. You are no longer the youngest grade on campus and you have more choices when it comes to your classes. There are lots of great things that happen during 10th grade that prepare you for the rest of your education besides what you learn in class. In 10th grade you'll continue to make friends and learn to be a responsible and respectful citizen in our community, explore your career interests, plan for college and your future, complete community service, and become more involved on your high school campus.

I'm Mrs. Augenstien, your school counselor. I'm here to help guide you through intermediate school into high school. If you need help getting good grades, studying, getting along with other students and teachers, or anything else I'm here to help. Just think of me as your tour guide through school. I'm here for if you need help or the answer any questions you may have.

During your 10th grade year we'll meet to discuss your academic plan ( the classes you need to take for college and graduation) as well as discuss your future plans. I look forward to seeing you and your parents in our meetings.

I'm always available to help with anything you might need. If you have a question that can be answered by email shoot me a note.
