The Italian Renaissance (Video and Guide)

Background:

In order to better understand the cultural movement of the Renaissance it is extremely important to study the country of Italy.  The Renaissance officially got its start in the country of Italy.  The geography and political structure of Italy were the essential ingredients that allowed Renaissance ideas, philosophy and culture to take shape. 

Directions:

Watch the attached video entitled "The Renaissance" and use the information on the video to answer the video guide questions.  Then use textbook pages 474-477 to answer the additional focus questions on the second page of the video guide.  A digital copy of the video guide has been attached to this post.  Keep these video guides for later study.
